OTA Media is a leadership platform born in the City of London, operating at the intersection of capital, policy, and culture. The Off The Agenda podcast was founded in 2021 by Edwin Danso, who invited Sir Charles Bowman to host the show. Edwin went on to found OTA Media in May 2025, with a mission to inspire the next generation of leaders by amplifying diverse voices, fostering meaningful dialogue, and exploring the issues shaping business, society, and economic growth.
Our flagship content series, Off The Agenda, launched during the pandemic, has produced 22 episodes to date, speaking to entrepreneurs, innovators, and policymakers about the challenges and opportunities facing leaders today. Guests have included Sir Kenneth Olisa, Baroness Dambisa Moyo, Dean Forbes, and Sir Damon Buffini. The series reaches over 23,000 YouTube subscribers, with episodes garnering 5,000 to 35,000 views. In August 2024, we hosted Off The Agenda Live in partnership with Google Cloud, featuring interviews with Dame Sharon White and David Ajala for an audience of 200.
In late 2025, we were proud to welcome HaysMac as a key sponsor, strengthening our mission to connect leadership, culture, and policy with actionable insights. That year, we also entered into a strategic partnership with the London Stock Exchange Group to produce content for a global audience.
In January 2026, OTA Media launched a new series of Off The Agenda conversations at the London Stock Exchange, in partnership with HM Treasury, supported by LSEG and HaysMac. The event explored a vital question: what does Britain need to lead in the next phase of economic growth?
Through our platforms—Off The Agenda and The Next Agenda—we bring together senior leaders and organisations to shape the narratives that define leadership today. Across the series, leaders including Gina Miller, Ezechi Britton, Emma Jones CBE, Michael Eboda, and Gavin Lewis engage with themes linked to the Treasury’s policy pillars:
Economic growth and enterprise
Innovation and fintech
Ethical and sustainable finance
Inclusive capital
Cultural representation
OTA Media’s mission is dialogue, insight, and action—creating opportunities that drive real impact for business, society, and the next generation of leaders.
